Update newt documentation
1) Updated Newt Intro, Newt Theory of Ops, Newt Command Intro.
2) Updated newt command documentation.
3) Removed newt complete
4) Added newt pkg (also uses copy (instead of ) clone).
5) Added newt sync
6) Removed outdated "feature" from docs.
