Note install for newt and newtmgr may not work on Ubuntu version < 16
1) Add note that we tested newt and newtmgr tool binaries and installation
on Ubuntu version 16 and may
not work on earlier versions.
2) Provided instructions on how to manually download and install binary if
user doesn't want to upgrade Ubuntu. But recommend they will want to upgrade if
installing from source.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/cwanda/incubator-mynewt-site linux_install
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
