The "application_name" submenu items in the main menu bar of a Netbeans
Platform application bundled for OS X remain unlocalized (always in english)
even if the application is localized or the system language is an other one.
Please note that only this menu item is afflicted by this issue. All other sub
menu items (managed by the platform API) is localized correctly according to
the system language.
