Ququm Ber created NETBEANS-520:
----------------------------------

Summary: Main widow flashing and damaging
                 Key: NETBEANS-520
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-520
             Project: NetBeans
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: cnd - Editor
    Affects Versions: 8.2
            Reporter: Ququm Ber
         Attachments: netbeans-ide-deved-201709160002-screen-flashing-bug.png

Main netbeans window (editor, toolviews) flashing during fast scrolling with
mouse wheel or PGUP/PGDOWN, sometimes bottom toolviews flashing 1-2 sec after
stop scrolling. After stop scrolling (see attachment screenshot) screen leaves
damaged. You need to fold/unfold main window to make it normal. There are no
way to introduce it, but to increase artefact probability you need to scroll
large C++ file (hard to on-fly parsing, e.g. some large std header file), and
run garbage collector before. The effect is actual for Netbeans 8.2 too. So the
effect starts if you have long lines in opened file which succeeded 80 symbols.
