I highly doubt this is a blocker as NETBEANS-320 is broken functionality that
existed in NetBeans < 9.0.
Surely a blocker for a 9.0 release wouldn't include fixing previously broken
functionality that doesn't appear at least to have a strong reason for being
fixed in 9.0
