On MacOS/Aqua, the text and close ("X") buttons of sub-tabs in the "Output"
TopComponents such as "Debugger Console" and "Run", are vertically off-center.
The attached screenshot shows the problem, and what it looks like after the
patch I'm about to propose.
Originally bugzilla issue 251441. Creating an issue here to associate with an
upcoming pull request.
