WildFly is not part of Apache NetBeans 9. It is part of the 2nd donation, on a
separate branch, and is not going to be part of the Apache NetBeans 9 release,
all the related source code needs to be relicensed to Apache, etc, a lot of
work to be done before it will be part of an official release.
