Indeed, Oracle has been contacted. The problem appears to be related to
NetBeans IDE 8.2 on Oracle servers, and we're investigating it. However,
NetBeans IDE 8.2 is not the latest release. NetBeans is being donated by Oracle
to Apache and the latest release is Apache NetBeans 9.0. This should give you

Could you use Apache NetBeans 9.0 instead?
