vikas kumar prabhakar resolved NETBEANS-1064.

Resolution: Fixed
The issue will be resolve by adding the property in netbeans_default_options
property in etc/netbeans.conf
property:
-J-Dorg.netbeans.modules.extbrowser.UseDesktopBrowse=true
