Cannot send email to web master either because
[http://services.netbeans.org|http://services.netbeans.org/] is down. So the
only way I can report the issue is here.
I'm trying to access [http://services.netbeans.org/downloads/dev.php] to
download an older version of Netbeans
I get the following
h1. ERROR
h2. The requested URL could not be retrieved
