"Show openend document list" popup, on the right upper corner, of the editor,
is only usable via mouse to open it, then you can navigate with your keyboard
but w/o searching. So it is not really keyboard user friendly. So we need an
Action to make create a shortcut, to open it and set the focus to navigate with
the arrow keys.
