Oracle download driver step
Clicking on the "download from" link fails with message "Cannot run C:\Program
Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"
Even though Chrome is set as browser to use in Tools->Options->General -> Web
Browser. Firefox is not even listed there.
