Instead, Please use Custom Configuration.
Steps:
1. Choose Custom Default in Use: Configuration select box
2. Click Manage button
3. Select New in the Configuration select box then type name
4. Choose PHPStan in the Analyzer select box
5. Check Enabled
6. Set configuration and level
