Yes, because it is in general inside of the root like the package json or some
other files. Let me check some public projects or tutorials, where they do it
with shared tasks. Afaik, often they split the task definitions inside of extra
js files (modules) and put them into different folders. For maven the same, you
have one pom file inside of the project root with all config and goals inside.
