I am used to invoke javadoc in a browser through the editor, by right-click on
ee.g. the type or method and then choose show javadoc. NB 8.2 would typically
open browser, nb10 only says
Cannot perform show javadoc here. However, selecting a package from the jdk
(11), shows javadoc in a browser, using the internal server.
