Description:
After renaming a java file with Refactor option, Undo does not work. The code
is fixed properly but the Java file is not reverted to its original name.

# In projects view open package {{rename}}, right click {{ClassA.java}} and
from popup menu select Refactor > Rename...
# Type new name e.g "RenamedClassA"
# Press Preview
# Press Do Refactoring
# Press Undo
The same issue happens with renaming packages.
# Open {{rename.ClassB.java}}, put caret into package name: {{rena|me}} (where
'|' is a position of caret)
# By Ctrl+R invoke Rename dialog
# Type new name e.g {{ename_a"}}
# Press Preview
# Press Do Refactoring
# Press Undo
