Sorry, I'm not sure what you expect yet. Could you write your exact steps,
actual results, and expected results?
Are there phpstan.neon file?
e.g.
# Unzip php-inspect.zip
# Create a php project with an existing source(php-inspect)
# composer install
# set phpstan path to Options
# ...
