This happens while working through the "Javadoc in code completion" Test Suite.
* Place cursor between an identifier for example "String" and use CTRL+SPACE
to popup the javadoc window
* First: The button for "show documentation in external web browser" is
disabled. I have no idea how to enable it. In the settings I set Safari
explicitly. Doesn't work. I used 'open -a safari <url>' that works.
* Second: I can click links but sometimes it takes more than one click. Some
links don't ever work. This behaviour is not deterministic. Sometimes it works,
sometimes it doesn't.
* Same behaviour as above for the previous and next button in the javadoc
window
