As a general comment - these kind of issues have been resolved in the past by
providing a separate clickwrap and download. I believe that at one point in the
past even svnkit was downloaded separately. At this point I am handicapped,
because on my mac, it just fails to recognize the default installed cli svn,
even though it is at version 1.10. I will post this issue separately, just
wanted to mention it here for documentation. With bundled solutions, you never
run into this - svnkit always worked as a fallback.
