Having in {{ModuleInstall.closing()}} a call to
{{LifecycleManager.getDefault().exit()}} prevents the application from ever
closing.
This seems to happen only on Windows (not on macOS).
As far as I can tell {{NbLifecycleManager}} is stuck in {{finishExitState}} as
the countdown is never changed.
