STEPS:
* Click the New File And/OR New Project option from either the File Menu OR
the Tool bar.
* Nothing happens and No New File or New Project Dialog appears.
NOTE:- Open Project Menu Item and Tool Bar button work as expected.
ACTUAL:
Nothing happens and No New File or New Project Dialog appears.
EXPECTED:
New File and New Project Dialog should appear when tool bar buttons or Menu
Item are clicked.
