Matthias Bläsing resolved NETBEANS-1815.

Resolution: Invalid
Netbeans 8.2 is outdated. Oracle donated Netbeans to the Apache Foundation.
This issue tracker only applies to Apache NetBeans. The first release of Apache
NetBeans was 9.0.
