As in other IDEs like IDEA, WebStorm and Editors like Visual Studio Code, you
see a little preview of some common shortcuts when you open the Editor or the
IDE and you didn't open any files to edit. It will help users to get some
shortcuts when they are working the very first time with NetBeans.
