I have one big blocker: when an image is found within a numbered list, the
numbered list is reset, i.e., see the below, in the first section there are 4
steps, each numbered as 1, because of the image:

What is the fix for this? If this is fixed, I think we have everything we need
for updating, reviewing, etc, all our tutorials. The rest is in perfect shape
for making awesome tutorials live on GitHub for the first time ever.
