I don't believe you, to be honest. Looking at your "netbeans_freeze.png", it's
very clear there's a list of Recent Projects in your Welcome screen. These
appear to be C/C++ projects, which Apache NetBeans 10 does not support. Please
start with a completely fresh user directory, i.e., start from scratch and do
not try to import settings.
