If a Gradle project's build file contains a `description` property, the
description value is used instead of the project's name in the Projects view.

I'm not sure if this is intentional, but I wouldn't expect it, as a description
can be very verbose. I'd rather use the root project's name, or if it is not
set, the name of the root folder. And maybe add the description to the tooltip.
