This may be something to capture as a newer higher level umbrella item with
linked sub-items where applicable but,
Based on some aspects of what I'm seeing here, am I correct in saying that
portions of Netbeans may not be fully migrated to account for the
"modularization" which comes with newer Java versions? As part of this some
previously available java internal api interfaces are no longer as available as
they use to be which may result in some exceptions in different places.
