I.e., this step in the test spec is not needed, since Java EE is a standard
part of Apache NetBeans 11:
Install the Java EE and web plugins:
Select Tools -> Plugins from main menu.
Select Available Plugins tab and click Category column header to sort.
Scroll down to Java Web and EE category, select and install all these plugins.
