Summary: Can't move cursor up when line wrap is "after words"

I can't move cursor up when line wrap is "after words", there is a long,
wrapped string, cursor is lower then this string and key "end" is pressed.
After this, if I press key "up", cursor is stuck on long, wrapped string.
