SET Environment or just install re-install jdk
Note: Base on your log it's JAVAHOME so it may be a env problem
e.g.
JAVA_HOME="C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_112"
JAVA_JDK="C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_112"
Delete config settings and cache of Netbeans
Note: you may want to back it up just in case
rd /q/s C:\Users\PedroRoseiro\AppData\Roaming\NetBeans\10.0
rd /q/s C:\Users\PedroRoseiro\AppData\Local\cache\10.0
Then logoff and logon again
If it persists then run your antivirus to boot scan and reboot
Last time I ran a boot scan it catches 2 culprit that made netbeans slow AF
was (Author: daesmond2018):
