Geertjan Wielenga commented on NETBEANS-2251:
---------------------------------------------
Looks like some permission problem, e.g., do you have permissions in the folder
where the JDK is installed, where NetBeans is installed, etc:
java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "C:\Program
Files\Java\jdk-11.0.2\bin\java.exe" (in directory
"E:\NetbeansProjects\changecoins"): CreateProcess error=5, Access is denied
Best would be to join the mailing list and discuss there:

> Brace yourself. I'm a first time Java student. On two computers I'm unable
> to run projects after successfully compiling via "run test." Once after
> trying to use debugger, I received a message announcing that a bug had been
> detected and that I should report same. Two files were generated, logs I
> think, to send with this report. They have subsequently disappeared and I
> can't duplicate.
> The text from the error message after trying to run a project is attached.
> I ran a simple println program and got same error messages.
> I'm getting desperate. I have several projects due and a midterm test
> approaching. Any help or hints on how to fix this problem would be greatly
> appreciated. Would it work to reinstall JDK and netbeans to fix this problem?
