For VPN(s) and / or networks with latency issues, netbeans will time out in 45
seconds during a "pull" for a GIT repository. Eclipse has a read timeout
textbox where you can enter a time in seconds. Request to have someone add a
read timeout textbox to set the number of seconds for GIT connectivity.
