Description:
There is additional issue (or not reported new feature on Netbeans 11) as seems
that Netbeans "Editor" stop understand UTF-8
so presents all characters instead of showing just exact Unicode character of
that
codepoint.

codepoint. I have tried to run IDE with -J-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8, but this seems
no affect on "Editor".
