I think the problem might be with nbactions.xml
Under <goals> the exec-maven-plugin is in version 1.5, but 1.6 is required for
java module system (
[here|https://github.com/mojohaus/exec-maven-plugin/issues/55] and
[here2|https://github.com/mojohaus/exec-maven-plugin/milestone/3?closed=1 ] ).
Will this help solve the problem?
