посредством форматирования PHP кода, добавить возможность вставки пустой строки
после блока "использование трейтов"
в меню: "Tools > Option > Editor > Formatting"
в выпадающих списках выбрать :
laguage:PHP
category:BlankLines
в левом блоке добавить поля:
* Between use traits: []
* After use traits: []
