[~arren] could you help me with this? I've just read NETBEANS-2571 that you
have a project with 170 sub-modules.
I might work a patch which adds sycnhronisation between the project classpath
construction and access which could cause this issue.
Unfortunately it is hard to test, requires middle-to-large project, and also I
need to somehow check if that would cause a deadlock somewhere...
