Laszlo Kishalmi resolved NETBEANS-2582.
    Resolution: Information Provided

Most likely it is not a NetBeans issue, we are depending on Java's font
rendering and the available fonts.

> Hello,
> I'm trying to use *Thai language characters* in the *Netbeans GUI Editor
> 11.0* and it doesn't work pretty well. Some characters are totally ruined.
> You can see how the characters are displayed on the first screenshot:
> *Screenshot from 2019-05-22 09-31-48.png*. The second screenshot is what the
> characters should look like when using a regular text editor: *Screenshot
> from 2019-05-22 09-32-51.png*.
