That makes sense. But maybe the features should also be enabled that way, i.e.,
automatically when existing projects are opened and recognized. But, still, I'd
recommend to always start by creating new projects of the kind you want to work
with and then the features will be enabled that you need and then the projects
that you're working with can be opened with all the required features having
already been enabled.
