It seems there is no supported Subversion provider found.
The CLI provider failed to parse
"6-SlikSvn-1" as a version number.
at
org.netbeans.modules.subversion.client.cli.commands.VersionCommand$Version.parse(VersionCommand.java:168)
Please try to install JavaHL library for Subversion 1.9.
