When I try to launch netbeans64.exe in windows 10 appears a dialog saying
"Cannot find Java 1.8 or higher" and the IDE doesn't starts.
I have the JDK12 (but the same with JDK11) from AdoptOpenJDK installed in
C:\Program Files\AdoptOpenJDK\jdk-12.0.1.12-hotspot\ and the variable JAVA_HOME
points the the correct folder (I can verify this using "set" in cmd).
The possible workaround is to copy the value of JAVA_HOME in netbeans_jdkhome
inside etc/netbeans.conf but is not so obvious for new users.
