It's probably an edge case. How many people importing into 11.1 from 11.0 will
have PHP projects marked broken under NB 10 because of CSS var definitions?
In any case, when one closes the project and re-opens, it comes up sane,
including the CSS var definitions (thanks to [~matthiasblaesing] for fixing
NETBEANS-747)
It was 03:30 local time, and if I had thought about it, I would have closed
and re-opened the project as I later did, and not bothered to report it :)
