Fix Version/s: 11.2
The code was relicensed and an updated build was uploaded to the binary
repository. The source code is available from:
[https://github.com/JaroslavTulach/graaljs/tree/NB82Parser]
The author is in the position to do the relicensing (employed at oracle labs).
In the referenced repository are files, that are not UPL licensed - these are
not used in the parser.
