No one has said you should go to Users->MyName.
Please go to where you have installed NetBeans IDE.
There you will find a folder named 'etc'.
In that folder you will find a file named 'netbeans.conf'.
Can you send that file to [email protected] or change the
netbeans_default_userdir and netbeans_default_cachedir settings to point to
non-existing folders?
