Unfortunately seems like it's down again... I can't really do much, because
it's not directly my project that has NetBeans RELEASE82 dependencies but
rather a library that I'm using that is not in very active development... There
is an issue on GitHub to update these dependencies to 11.0 and use Maven
Central but I doubt it will be done this year. I'll definitely set up Nexus
mirror when it's up but right now I can't do much.
