Español e inglés así puedo ser atendido más rápido por alguien/Both spanish and

Bien, apenas acabo de instalar y realmente no sé si es un problema (por eso le
di baja prioridad en la descripción). No encuentro información al respecto, por
lo que no sé si el nuevo entorno es así o solo estoy muy perdido respecto a
Netbeans (soy estudiante de nuevo ingreso, mis disculpas), pero ... cambié mi
versión 10.0 por la 11.1 y hay algo raro en los atajos, por ejemplo, SHIFT +
COMMA me da "<" en vez de ";" y así con muchos atajos más. ¿Esto tiene
"solución" o simplemente así está hecho el teclado para dicha versión? En ese
caso, ¿hay forma de cambiar?
Well, I've just installed the IDE and I don't really know if this is a bug
(that's why I put low priority status in the description part). I can't find
any information about, so I don't know if it's just like the new IDE'd have to
be or I'm really lost (I'm a freshman so sorry), but ... I've just changed from
10.0 to 11.1 and there's something weird in my shortcuts, for example, SHIFT +
COMMA throws "<" instead of ";" and there are plenty of other shortcuts like
that. Is there a "solution" or it's just as it meant to be? If that's the case,
is there a way to modify this?
