John Neffenger commented on NETBEANS-236:

I confirm that this problem occurs on NetBeans version 11.2-beta2 only when the
_nb-javac_ plugin is *not* installed. It is a problem for me because I
uninstalled the _nb-javac_ plugin due to NETBEANS-2290, "OnePassCompileWorker
AssertionError followed by MultiPassCompileWorker NullPointerException."

Is it still a bug if the problem occurs when using the Java compiler in the
JDK, in this case OpenJDK version 13?
