For some reason automatic update of module catalogue when a plugin gets two Go
verification votes is broken. On 10/18 Geertjan verified SpringBoot plugin [1]
for all available NetBeans versions and when I added my second Go vote on
10/21, none of the UCs like [2] didn't get updated.
