The download page
https://netbeans.apache.org/download/nb112/nb112.html
provides a link to the KEYS file, but the link text is 'here' rather than KEYS
as is the convention.
Using 'here' for link text is deprecated, as it does not describe what the link
is for. This makes the link less accessible to screen readers etc.
