I've found the reason to why my projects don't trigger the compile on save. and
I hope that the devs can fix this asap.
My projects use Spring Boot and logging anything using slf4j inside a @Schedule
function causes CoS to fail. If I comment out the log, CoS works. See
attached project.
I've also noticed that NB8.2 CoS detection time is very prompt, versus NB11.2
which is slow and unpredicatable.
Finally, If I load the same project in both NB8.2 and NB11.2 at the same time.
CoS appears to fully work if I run the project on the NB11.2 instance.
