I have not said that the plugin should not be shown in the plugin portal. I am
saying that if a plugin fails verification, it should not say "NetBeans
compatible".
I am saying that there should be an indication that the plugin failed
verification. Possibly even why it failed. If a plugin does not load into the
IDE, then it should not be shown as compatible with that IDE.
Currently the plugin portal says the jVi plugin is compatible with NetBeans 11.
Verification showed that it failed to load.
I'm concerned that the plugin portal could get a bad reputation by offering
plugins that are known not to work, or otherwise failed verification.
